Alouette™ Light Louvers utilize a unique Pivotal Operating System™ where the headrail pivots with the louvers and bottom rail for fully integrated function. The system is offered in three distinct designs:

Bar Tilt, Tab Lift (BTS) -- The louvers are tilted with a tilt bar, and raised and lowered using a lift tab on the tilt bar.

Bar Tilt, Cord Lift (BCS) -- The louvers are tilted with a tilt bar, and raised and lowered using a lift cord.

Cord Tilt, Cord Lift (CCS) -- Both the tilt and lift functions are cord operated.

Just two end brackets suspend Alouette Light Louvers in the window, where the window covering seems to float. With BTS and BCS systems, a pivot bracket is used to hold the bottom of the tilt bar in place. Unique hold-down brackets are optional; they secure the bottom rail in position while still allowing it to pivot with the louvers and headrail.
