A Fabric for Every Need
One of the most impressive features of the Hunter Douglas pleated shade fabric collection is its diversity. There are 27 distinct fabric styles, from elegant to playful, encompassing a variety of textures, prints, and opacities. All in an array of colors ranging from fashionable neutrals to the richest of jewel tones.
Options to Consider:
Twilight and Subdue backings
With Hunter Douglas Brilliance® Pleated Shades, you have the option of adding a backing to your shade to increase privacy and block more light. Backings have other advantages, too. They help protect furnishings from ultraviolet light that causes fading, increase energy efficiency, and create new decorating possibilities. And the neutral white color of the backing gives your windows a uniform look from the
outside. Twilight and Subdue backings may also be used alone as a shade.
Metallized Fabrics
An assortment of pleated shade fabrics are bonded to a whisper-thin layer of aluminum backing that adds energy efficiency and reflects most of the sun's harmful rays. Sheer, semi-opaque and room darkening fabrics are available with the metallized back.
